Preferred Venders List Application
This form was designed for sub-contractors who would like to be added to our Preferred Contractors List. Carefully read through all the information below and call 817-521-8793 if you need clarification on a particular field. All fields are required and must be filled out. If you are unable to fill our a certain field, please enter or select “N/A”

We at Savior CM take pride in the amazing relationships that we have with all our sub-Contractors and we appreciate the time that you took to fill out the information on our Preferred Sub-Contractors form. Once we review and accept your company’s information, you will receive an email from the Contractors@SaviorCM.com letting you know that your company was successfully enrolled in our Preferred Vendors Bid Program.
After your company’s enrollment, whenever a project comes up for bid within your set parameters, we will send you an email to Opt In or Opt Out for a working bid.
Opt In. If you choose to bid on a project you will receive another email giving you access to the information that you will need to bid the project as well as time the bid is due for consideration.
Opt Out. If you choose to Opt Out you will not receive any further information on this particular project. Opting Out will not disqualify you from future bids.
Rules for successful big acceptance
- Late bids will not be considered for projects.
- 5 Non-Response Emails will automatically remove you from the Preferred Bid Program. Make sure that the email that you have provided us is the best email for sending the bid invitations to. Also make sure to add Contractos@SaviorCM.com to your email program so that the potential bid offers do not end up in the trash and missed.
- Savior CM reserves the right to remove anyone or any company or sub-contractors from our Preferred Vendors Bid List without notice or explanation.
